Britt started her wellness path in 2017 with a 200hr yoga teacher training at Durga’s Tiger school, Ecuador; this is where she was first introduced to the practice of massage.
Upon her return, she enrolled at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine to further study. Here is where she would thrive- where Eastern and Western massage practices were woven together.
Continually fascinated by the ways in which the body reaches out to us, Britt maintains a curiosity and drive to learn how to best approach each unique individual that arrives to her table. This commitment to the individual outlines
Britt’s deep belief that as practitioners it is our first priority to meet people where they are at, and respect their needs at that time. Whether that is a clinical, emotional or energetic need- all are welcome and safe. In addition to being an RMT since 2019, Britt is also an avid gardener and loves cooking for her family- fresh food and tea from the garden? Nothing better!

Chinese Zang fu, five elements and esoteric acupuncture practices. She also uses her
